The Royal At Atlantis, Creek Village

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a great little balcony, perfect for the 2 bedroom setup with 2 double beds. However, the service was lacking as the staff seemed disinterested in assisting guests. The location was decent, with the casino in the building but disappointing wildlife conditions. The dining options, especially the Starbucks Coffee for a bagel, were satisfactory.

I couldn't have asked for a better view from my room – it was absolutely stunning. The hotel staff were not as attentive as I had hoped, and they couldn't accommodate our request to have our rooms next to each other even though we had made a reservation. On the bright side, the location was amazing with a casino on site and access to a beautiful semi-private beach. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited to just Starbucks Coffee for a quick bite, which was underwhelming. The hotel facilities were satisfactory, but the price didn't necessarily match the overall experience.
